How do the memberships work?

On the first of each month, your card is charged automatically and you receive one service credit (based on your tier). Choose a service, book your appointment, and enjoy your treatment - plus exclusive perks just for members!

What if I don’t use my monthly service?

No worries! Your unused service rolls over based on your tier:

  • GLOW 30 days

  • RADIANCE 60 days

  • LUXE 90 days

Can I gift my monthly service?

Only Luxe members may gift one unused service per year. Otherwise, services are non-transferable.

Can I upgrade my service?

Absolutely. If you choose a service above your monthly tier value, you simply pay the difference. For example: If a RADIANCE member ($105 monthly rate) upgrades to The Restorative Duo ($150 value) for their monthly service, they would pay the difference of $45.

What if I choose a lower-priced service?

You’ll receive complimentary enhancements to bring your total value up to your membership rate (think: aromatherapy scalp massage, lip mask, facial cupping - you deserve the extras). For example: If a GLOW member ($75 monthly rate) chooses the Express Facial ($65value) as their monthly service, they can select up to $10 in enhancements to reach their membership rate. How do I cancel?

A minimum 3-month commitment is required. After that, you may cancel anytime with a 7-day notice before your next billing date. You may request cancellation via phone, email, or in person - I’ll take care of the rest.

Can I freeze my membership?

Yes! You may freeze your membership for 1 month per year if needed. Just give a 7-day notice before your next billing cycle.
